Refunds Made Simple: How We Handle Them
- We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy includes:
- Damaged / Wrong Product – If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos at info@vasuvandried.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID.
- Returns – Due to the perishable and consumable nature of dried herbs and powders, we do not accept returns once the package is opened.
- Refund Method – Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Cases – No refunds for delays caused by courier partners, wrong delivery details provided by customers, or change of mind after opening the product.
